Community Outreach

We have initiated discussions with various community partners in an effort to increase the diversity of our participants, with specific project designs tailored to the needs of our partner communities.

We are developing projects with:

• Mass Audubon in Mattapan (Boston) to create birdhouses designed to withstand extreme weather,

• Umana School and the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing in East Boston to design a tile mural about sea level rise, and

• Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association in Lowell and School partners in New Bedford to expand the current Cool Science art contest.
